This Online Private Mat Class is tailored for those who’ve practiced Pilates before and are ready to deepen their understanding, refine their form, and target specific goals. Whether you're looking to correct posture, cross-train, recover post-surgery, or break through plateaus, each session is designed just for you.
In-Person
Reformer Pilates (NYC)
In my NYC-based In-Person Pilates sessions, you'll work one-on-one with me using the Reformer, Cadillac, or Chair to target your unique goals—whether it's improving posture, strengthening specific areas, recovering post-surgery, or simply moving more efficiently.
